The ultimate of Supercars was finally revealed on March 1st, 2016 Geneva International Motor Show Bugatti. The beast of a car was named Chiron.
The Chiron is the latest generation of the ultimate super sports car and is an entirely new development by Bugatti. The sports car manufacturer from Molsheim, with its long tradition, has taken the unique features of a modern Bugatti to a new level and developed a high-performance machine that has become significantly better in every respect. The president of Bugatti Automobiles, Wolfgang Durheimer said of the new car “The Chiron is the result of our efforts to make the best even better.” while hailing the new Bugatti machine.
This car is regarded the most powerful, the fastest, the most luxurious and the most exclusive production of super sports car. With a power output of 1,500 HP, unprecedented for production vehicles, an exceptionally high torque value of 1,600 Nm between 2,000 and 6,000 rpm and a broad range of technical innovations, the Chiron sets new standards in every respect.
The Bugatti Chiron is a mid-engined, two-seater sports car, designed and developed in Germany by the Volkswagen Group as the successor to the Bugatti Veyron.
According to caranddriver.com, the car is so powerful that it’s ‘leaving the 99.999 percent of other Supercars in its dust; the Chiron is a 1500-hp smackdown one of the best Supercars ever produced. An 8.0-litre sixteen-cylinder engine utilises four turbos to make 1500 hp and 1180 lb-ft of torque for what will surely be of significant acceleration; Bugatti claims a top speed of 261 mpg. Seven-speed automatic routes that power through all four wheels’.

The world’s most powerful, fastest, most luxurious and most exclusive production super sports car: The Bugatti Chiron.”
The Speed
Since it is normal for humans to strive to cross boundaries and set new records, Wolfgang the president Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S says the machine sets new records “To run 100m faster than ever before, to fly even further into space and to enter new realms. This striving is also our driving force at Bugatti. The Chiron is the result of our efforts to make the best even better. Bugatti has tested the limits of physics. There is no area where we have not achieved significant improvements.”
The Chiron will accelerate from 0-100 km/h (62mph) in 2.5 seconds, 0-200 km/h (125mph) in 6.5 seconds and 0-300 km/h (186mph) in 13.6 seconds. The Chiron’ top speed is electronically limited to 420km/h (260mph) for safety reasons. At full speed, the 100-litre fuel tank would be empty in 8minutes.
Body/Interior
